About Your Provider

Tara-Kaye Hill, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, RNC-NIC, CLC

ReBridge Psych is led by Tara-Kaye Hill, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, therapy-forward psychiatric care for adults and adolescents 15+ located in Florida.

Her approach is collaborative, whole-person, and grounded in helping patients feel understood before moving into treatment decisions.

Clinical Background

In more than a decade of nursing experience in high-acuity neonatal intensive care, she witnessed how deeply health, stress, uncertainty, caregiving, and emotional wellbeing can intersect.

That experience continues to shape her interest in caregiver mental health, perinatal and postpartum transitions, NICU-related emotional recovery, and support for people carrying significant responsibility while trying to care for themselves.

ReBridge Psych was created to offer psychiatric care that feels warm, collaborative, and attentive to the person behind the symptoms.

A Thoughtful Approach to Care

Mental health care should feel personal, organized, and clinically grounded.

At ReBridge Psych, care begins with understanding the full picture: symptoms, history, goals, stressors, strengths, relationships, medical context, and the everyday realities shaping how you feel.

Treatment may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle considerations, referrals, or coordination with other providers when appropriate.

The goal is not rushed care. The goal is to create a treatment plan that feels thoughtful, realistic, and connected to your life.
