ReBridge Psych is currently a self-pay practice. This allows care to be flexible, thoughtful, and guided by clinical needs rather than insurance visit limits or approval requirements.
ReBridge Psych does not bill insurance directly at launch. Superbills may be provided upon request for patients who wish to independently seek possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment is handled through the secure patient portal/EHR, not directly through the website.

What We Offer
Initial Evaluations
Adult Psychiatric Evaluation
60 minutes · $325
A comprehensive first appointment for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, burnout, attention concerns, life transitions, caregiver stress, or feeling unlike themselves.
Self-pay adult evaluations include one complimentary 15-minute post-evaluation check-in within 14 days.
Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation
Ages 15–17 · Up to 90 minutes · $375
A comprehensive first appointment for adolescents that may include time with the adolescent and caregiver together, as well as time with the adolescent individually when appropriate.
Self-pay adolescent evaluations include one complimentary 15-minute post-evaluation check-in within 14 days.
Additional Costs
Appointment fees do not include outside costs such as laboratory testing, prescription medications, pharmacy fees, or services provided by other clinicians or facilities.
If lab monitoring is clinically indicated, this will be discussed as part of your treatment plan.
Follow-Up Appointments
Medication Management Follow-Up
[Adult] 20 minutes · $125
[Adolescent] 30 minutes · $175
A focused visit for medication monitoring, symptom review, side effect discussion, and treatment adjustments when appropriate.
Therapy-Integrated Follow-Up
[Adult] 30 minutes · $175
A follow-up visit with additional time for supportive therapy, emotional processing, coping strategies, and life-context work alongside medication management when clinically appropriate.
Extended Follow-Up / Psychotherapy-Integrated Visit
[Adult] 45 minutes · $225
[Adolescent] 45 minutes · $250
A longer visit for patients who may benefit from more time for complex concerns, deeper therapeutic support, and thoughtful treatment planning alongside medication management when clinically appropriate.
Insurance & Superbills
ReBridge Psych does not bill insurance directly at this time.
Superbills may be provided upon request for patients who wish to independently submit claims to their insurance plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement eligibility and amounts are determined by each insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed by ReBridge Psych.
Enhanced Scheduling
Limited extended-hour appointments may be available for established self-pay clients when clinically appropriate and subject to schedule availability.
Enhanced scheduling is generally intended for follow-up appointments and may not be available for initial psychiatric evaluations or all appointment types.
A flat $25 non-refundable enhanced scheduling fee applies to appointments scheduled outside standard appointment availability. This fee is separate from the appointment fee and is not applied toward the cost of the visit.
If ReBridge Psych needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the enhanced scheduling fee may be refunded or applied to a future enhanced scheduling appointment.
Enhanced scheduling is not guaranteed and may vary based on availability.
